In
the UK, the 3 most common forms of asbestos are Chrysotile
(white), Amosite (brown) and Crocidolite
(blue). They can be found in many materials including insulation board
panels, cement, gaskets, artex, vinyl flooring, etc.
Surveys
We can carry out Type 1 surveys (presumptive), Type 2 surveys (sampling) or Type 3 surveys (pre-demolition); depending on whether the survey required in for the preparation of the asbestos register or prior to major refurbishment / demolition work.
