4-stage clearance monitoring (including reoccupation certification), leak, background and reassurance air testing in accordance with our UKAS accreditation.

Bulk Sample Analysis

We offer a fast, competitive and thorough asbestos fibre identification service in accordance with our UKAS accreditation.

In the UK, the 3 most common forms of asbestos are Chrysotile (white), Amosite (brown) and Crocidolite (blue). They can be found in many materials including insulation board panels, cement, gaskets, artex, vinyl flooring, etc.

Surveys
We can carry out asbestos management surveys or major refurbishment/demolition surveys; depending on whether the survey required is for the preparation of the asbestos register or prior to major refurbishment / demolition work.

Envirochem has carried out numerous asbestos surveys for a wide range of organisations, including public bodies, local authorities and private companies.

Envirochem holds an HSE license for the management of asbestos removal work (License No. 4989904149).
